Prohibited conduct You may not use the Site or any services provided by Thrivepoint, PLLC to:
Collect, compile, or obtain information about our users or subscribers (including email addresses) without their express consent.
Transmit unsolicited bulk email (spam), whether commercial or non‑commercial, to addresses obtained from the Site.
Use automated means (bots, scripts, scrapers) to extract email addresses or other contact information from the Site.
Engage in activities that damage, disable, overburden, or impair the Site or interfere with other users’ access or enjoyment of the Site.
Enforcement If we determine, in our sole discretion, that any account, domain, IP address, or service is being used in violation of this Policy, we may take action without prior notice, including:
Blocking or filtering messages from specific domains, mail servers, or IP addresses;
Suspending or terminating accounts or access to our services;
Cooperating with internet service providers, law enforcement, or other authorities in investigating and preventing abuse.
Legal remedies Unauthorized use of the Site for transmitting unsolicited email may expose the sender to legal liability under federal, state, or local law, including the CAN‑SPAM Act. Violators may be subject to civil or criminal penalties, including fines and other remedies.
No waiver Our failure to enforce this Policy in every instance does not waive our right to do so later.
How to report abuse If you believe someone is using the Site in violation of this Policy, please report it to us at info@thrivepointcounseling.com with as much information as possible (e.g., sender domain, IP address, copies of messages, and URLs).
