Required elements of a DMCA takedown notice
To enable us to process your request, your notice must include all of the following information (see 17 U.S.C. § 512(c)(3)):
A physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner or a person authorized to act on behalf of the owner.
Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed, or a representative list of works at a single online site.
Identification of the material claimed to be infringing (with sufficient information to permit us to locate the material, such as the full URL).
Information reasonably sufficient to allow us to contact you (e.g., name, postal address, telephone number, and email address).
A statement that you have a good faith belief that the use of the material in the manner complained of is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information in the notification is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or are authorized to act on behalf of the owner.
How to send a DMCA takedown notice

What we will do
We will review notifications received by our designated agent and will take actions we deem appropriate in accordance with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act and applicable law. Actions may include removing or disabling access to the material and/or terminating repeat infringers’ access to the Site.
We will respond to valid DMCA notices in a timely manner and in accordance with the DMCA.
Counter‑notices If you believe that content removed or disabled due to a DMCA takedown was removed in error, you may submit a counter‑notice. Your counter‑notice should include the following (see 17 U.S.C. § 512(g)(3)):
Your physical or electronic signature;
Identification of the material that has been removed and its location before removal (for example, the URL);
A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief the material was removed as a result of mistake or misidentification;
Your name, address, telephone number, and a statement consenting to the jurisdiction of the federal district court for the judicial district in which your address is located (or, if outside the U.S., to an appropriate U.S. federal court), and that you will accept service of process from the person who provided the original DMCA notice.

Recordkeeping and disclosure We retain records of DMCA notices and our responses. We may disclose notices and related information when required by law or to defend our interests.
