COVID-19 Update




Date/Time:

We continue to make it safe for you to attend therapy in the age of COVID.  We will continue to monitor the situation closely and follow guidelines to protect you and keep you safe.  We are currently offering both in person and telehealth (phone/video/messaging) counseling options.   

Currently insurance is still covering phone/video counseling.  We will be glad to check your benefits for telehealth policies during the intake process.  

If you choose to attend your sessions in person, please be mindful of who you've been in contact with and if you think you've been exposed to any illness including COVID-19 please switch your sessions to telehealth until the threat of transmitting the illness has passed.  We do not charge a late cancellation fee for illness.
